Fall 2018 Get Fit Challenge!
Compete for bi-weekly raffles and an overall prize at the end of the semester! Participants can enter at any point during the semester. Here’s how it works:
1. Commit to 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week. This is the minimum amount recommended for healthy adults by the CDC. Sign up with Cameron at a meeting, input your name and email on the Fitness Events tab of the Events doc, or email email@example.com with your intent to participate.
2. You will receive an email at the end of each week with a short form to fill out your exercise minutes. Forms will be sent out at noon every Saturday and are due at noon every Sunday. The first form will be available on September 15th, and the competition concludes at the last formal SNO meeting.
3. For any week in which you complete at least 150 minutes, you will be entered into a drawing that will take place at the next SNO meeting. You do not need to be present at the meeting to win the raffle. If you don’t complete 150 minutes, you can keep trying the following week!
4. Prizes at the end of the semester will be awarded to:
a. The participant with the most weeks of 150 minutes completed
b. The participant that attends the most SNO fitness events
Fall 2018: Health and Fitness Events
